This Privacy Policy applies to citybusiness.ai (the "Site"), operated by Citybusiness LLC ("Citybusiness.ai," "Company," "we," "us," or "our"). It describes how we handle information collected through the Site and through your direct communications with us (phone, email, or our contact forms).

When you submit a form on this Site (for example, requesting a consultation), we collect:

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our hosting and infrastructure providers automatically log standard technical information when you visit: IP address, browser type, device type, and pages viewed. We use this only for basic security, troubleshooting, and understanding how the Site is performing.

We also use Google Analytics to understand overall traffic patterns, such as which pages get visited and how people found the Site. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect this information and processes it under Google's own privacy policy. Client testimonial videos on this Site are hosted on YouTube and embedded using YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode, which doesn't set tracking cookies unless you choose to play a video. If you do, YouTube may set its own cookies and collect information about that interaction under Google's privacy policy.

That's the complete list. There are no other exceptions.

If we introduce advertising cookies or additional tracking in the future, we'll update this section and provide a way for you to control your preferences.
